EMI
by Emi
EMI lets players browse items and recipes in a searchable panel, craft in bulk and trace ingredient costs through recipe trees.
What it does
Opening the panel lists every item and the recipes that produce or use it. Searches match names and tags, and each recipe can be favorited alongside its items. A craftable mode fills a recipe from the inventory when the ingredients are present, toggled on or set as the default for empty searches. Quick-craft binds move results straight into the inventory or onto the cursor, one or many at a time.
A recipe tree breaks a complex craft into steps, listing the base ingredients needed and any leftovers. Tags display a representative item, such as Planks in place of a rotating list of every plank, with translations, models and tooltips. Default choices for base costs can be defined during play. Client required and server optional describes where it runs, and EMI's API is built for other mods to add their own panels and features. EMI requires the Fabric API on Fabric; on Quilt the Quilt Standard Libraries are needed.
