EMI Enchanting

With the EMI viewer open, players can look up any enchantment from the EMI Enchanting plugin, which shows details about it on separate tabbed screens.
What it does
EMI Enchanting adds screens to the EMI recipe and item viewer that describe enchantments. The buttons at the bottom of the viewer switch between those screens. The mod needs EMI and runs on the client alone, so players install it while servers do not need it. Builds cover 1.20 – 1.21.1 on Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, and the code is released under the MIT License, so it is open source.

Enchantment descriptions
Descriptions are read from keys built from the enchantment's namespace and path, so translated text can be supplied per enchantment.
Conflicting enchantments
An exclusions screen lists the enchantments that conflict with the one currently selected.
Valid items
Information screens show which items an enchantment can be applied to.
Compatibility
Latest build for each game version and loader.
