Ansible Crafting
by Starshadow
Ansible Crafting lets players craft from items stored in nearby chests, barrels and shulker boxes, without walking back and forth to them.
What it does
Placing a crafting table near a storage area lets Ansible Crafting pull materials straight from the containers within range. A side panel shows the items found nearby, and a single click crafts the result. The mod works with chests, barrels, shulker boxes and similar containers, so the crafting grid behaves as an extension of the inventory.
The mod suits base builders with sprawling storage rooms, survival players who want less inventory management, and players who keep items scattered across many containers. Installation covers the server and each player's game. Required dependencies are Cloth Config API, Fabric API and Mod Menu, and optional support exists for EMI, Just Enough Items (JEI) and Roughly Enough Items (REI). Builds exist for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across 1.20.1, 1.21.1 and 1.21.4, released under the Mozilla Public License 2.0, and the mod is open source.

How it compares
Crafting Table Plus is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later and runs on Fabric, Forge and NeoForge for 1.16.5 – 26.2. MineCarry is not open source, uses All rights reserved, runs on Forge and NeoForge only, and covers 1.20.1 – 1.21.1. Way of the Crafter is open source under the MIT License and is needed on the server, with the client optional, so the server needs it while a client may leave it out.
