Mod Menu

Mod Menu adds a screen that lists every installed mod and opens their config screens, for Fabric and Quilt across 1.14.4 – 26.3.
What it does
A Mods button on the title screen and pause menu opens a list of installed mods with their names, descriptions and icons. When a mod supports it, its configuration screen opens straight from the list. Library mods are filtered out of the main view, and an update checker reports newer versions when a mod is on Modrinth or names its own update source.
Mod authors can add metadata for the list, such as translatable names and descriptions, through a custom block in their mod metadata file. Formatting in descriptions works through Text Placeholder API. The mod requires Fabric API and Text Placeholder API, is client-side only and is open source under the MIT License.
