Controlling adds a search bar to the key bindings menu and shows which keys are still free to bind.

What it does

Large modpacks add hundreds of key bindings, and the vanilla controls screen lists them without a way to filter. Controlling adds search to that screen and a view of the keys that are not bound yet, which helps resolve conflicts between mods.

The mod runs on the client and requires Fabric API and Searchables. Its builds cover 1.7.10 – 26.3, plus snapshot builds. Fabric and NeoForge files are at 26.3.4 for 26.3, Forge at 29.0.1 for 1.21.11. The MIT License makes it open source, and the author allows its use in modpacks.
