Bigshot
by jaredlll08
Bigshot lets a player save screenshots at 2x, 3x or 4x the resolution of the game window, producing much larger image files.
What it does
Screenshots can be captured at multiples of the screen size, from 1x up to 4x. Example sizes given by the author: a 1x capture at 2560x1377 takes about 4.2 MB, while a 4x capture at 10240x5508 takes about 56.4 MB. Bigshot runs on the client only, so a server needs nothing installed. It requires Fabric API on Fabric and is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across 18 release versions, 1.20.1 – 1.21.11, under the MIT License, with source code and an issue tracker available.
Key features
Multiple capture scales
Screenshots can be taken at 2x, 3x or 4x the size of the screen, not only at the window resolution.
Large image output
Higher-scale captures are saved as much larger image files, so storage needs grow quickly at 4x.
Player-side operation
Captures happen in the game client, and multiplayer servers do not need the mod to take them.
