Bad Wither No Cookie - Reloaded silences the wither and dragon death sounds, along with other world-wide broadcast sounds, for players who find them disruptive.
What it does
Sounds the mod can silence include the wither spawn, the End Dragon death, lightning, thunder and any other sound a player chooses to configure. Blocking also covers the wither death, wandering trader and llama ambient sounds in later releases. All sound types listed are disabled by default, so the mod changes nothing until a player or server owner turns them on in the config file.
The mod is client-side only, so only the client needs it and a server can run without it. It is useful on servers where spawners or farms produce these mobs, because a player can install it without the server having it. Fabric builds need Fabric API and Cloth Config, and the mod is open source under the MIT License, with source code and an issue tracker published.

Configurable sound list
A config file lets a player choose which broadcast sounds are silenced, including any sound from another mod.
Event sound lookup
The /listen command shows the internal names of sound events, so a sound can be added to the config.
Quiet console output
Console messages for silenced sounds are also suppressed by default, and can be turned on in the config.
Wither and dragon sounds
The wither spawn and End Dragon death sounds are among the defaults that can be silenced.

Players on servers with mob farms can remove repeated wither and dragon broadcasts from their own game without changing the server.
