vista
With Vista, a player can watch a distant part of the world on a television block fed by a camera block placed elsewhere.
What it does
Vista adds two technology-themed blocks, a camera and a television, and lets them work together so that a television shows the view of a linked camera. Cameras need to be powered by redstone before they transmit. A player ties a camera to a view finder with a hollow cassette, and the television then displays whatever that camera sees. Televisions can accept and show cassettes or hollow cassettes, and they can be grouped into a square screen of any size.
The mod is aimed at players who want to monitor one area of their world from another, such as a security room, a base entrance or a remote farm. Vista requires Moonlight Lib on both Fabric and NeoForge, and the same mod name is used by six other catalog mods that depend on it, including Vista Camcorders and VistaQuality. Vista runs on client and server, so the server and every player need the mod. Files cover 1.20.1 – 1.21.1 across Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, and the code is under a custom license, not open source.

Redstone-powered cameras
Cameras stay inactive until a redstone signal reaches them, then start sending their view to linked screens.
Cassette linking
A hollow cassette stores the link between a camera and a view finder, so the view can be moved to another location.

Televisions can be joined into a square screen of any size, showing one large image across several blocks.
Automated cassette swapping
Droppers and hoppers can interact with a television to swap the cassettes it holds, which allows automatic rotation of feeds.
Found in the world
Hollow cassettes drop from creepers killed by a pillager arrow and appear rarely in chests.
