Tool Stats

With Tool Stats installed, the tooltip of a pickaxe or sword also lists its harvest level, mining efficiency, enchantability and durability.
What it does
The mod adds extra stat lines to item tooltips for the equipment in the game. Harvest level and mining efficiency appear only on tiered items such as pickaxes, while enchantability is shown on every enchantable item when it sits in the enchantment table screen. Tool durability is displayed on tools once they have taken damage.
Each of these lines can be turned off in the configuration, so players keep only the information they want to see. The mod needs Bookshelf, Fabric API and Prickle on the loaders that use them. Tool Stats is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v2.1 only, and it is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt across 25 release versions, 1.15.2 – 26.3. Only the client needs it; a server can run without it.

Choosing a tool before mining
A player can compare harvest level and mining efficiency of two pickaxes before picking one for a dig.
Planning enchantments
Enchantability values in the enchanting screen help a player judge which items are worth enchanting.
