enhanced-movement
by kestalkayden
Enhanced Movement, by kestalkayden, adds double jump, dash, direction-based ledge grabbing and a time-dash afterimage trail to the player's movement.
What it does
Players can double jump, dash in a chosen direction and grab ledges. A double jump boost has its own timing window, and a dash leaves afterimage streaks behind the character, with a count and fade duration that can be adjusted, plus a Prism rainbow mode. The movement is meant for fast, skill-based traversal across terrain rather than for changing how the world works.
The mod is configurable in game through a config screen. A general option turns off the features when players sneak, and the screen is reached through Mod Menu when that optional dependency is installed. It requires Fabric API on Fabric, and it runs on Fabric and NeoForge with the same feature set.
Files cover 9 release versions, 1.21.1 – 26.3, with snapshot builds published. The latest Fabric and NeoForge files are 2.3.0+mc26.3 for 26.3, dated 2026-09-21. Client and server both need the mod, and it is released under the MIT License but is not open source.
