Sagittary Arrows
by VgLevelUp
Sagittary Arrows replaces the single standard arrow with a modular system, built around the fletching table, where arrows combine a tip, a shaft and fletching.
What it does
The fletching table becomes a functional arrow assembly station. Each arrow is built from three components: tips, shafts and fletchings. Tips and shafts supply most of the effects, and their properties stack together rather than replacing one another. The mod includes 10 arrow tips, with new effects such as bouncing, piercing, teleportation and sonic booms, and 5 arrow shafts, including a homing shaft, a breeze rod shaft and a bone shaft that deals extra damage to undead mobs.
Two bows and crossbows are added as craftable upgrades with higher durability. The Compound Bow fires three arrows in a spread and is found in Trial Chambers. The Repeater Crossbow has a rapid-fire magazine and is found in Ancient Cities. A storage item holds up to 256 arrows, feeds bows automatically and lets the player select the arrow type with a scroll.
Sagittary Arrows requires Architectury API and Fabric API. It is published for Fabric and NeoForge, for game versions 1.21 – 26.2, and runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. The mod is listed as still in beta, and the code and issue tracker are public, but all rights are reserved.
