Loot Explorer
by VgLevelUp
With Loot Explorer, a content developer can see which chests, barrels and trapped chests hold a given loot table, straight from the creative inventory.
What it does
The mod makes containers that hold loot tables show up in the creative inventory. A new creative tab lists them, with the loot table stored in each container's NBT. Three vanilla variants are covered: chests, barrels and trapped chests.
Loot Explorer is aimed at developers building loot for their own content and at pack makers who need to find where a table is used. A key binding copies a loot table's location from a container, so the path can be pasted elsewhere. Loot tables added through data packs are detected too. Installation needs Architectury API and Fabric API on Fabric, and Architectury API on NeoForge. Optional integrations include Just Enough Items and Mod Menu. The client-side only environment means that only the client needs it, and the mod is published for Fabric and NeoForge 1.21 – 26.2 with 7 release versions. The code is open source under the MIT License.

Use cases
Finding loot table usage
A developer can open the creative tab to see which containers reference a given table without searching the world by hand.
Copying paths for a data pack
Pack makers can copy a loot table location in one step, then reuse it in their own files.
Who it’s for: Mod developers and pack makers who build or edit loot tables and need to see which containers use them. Players who only play survival do not need the mod.
How it compares
Noob's Container Searcher is a Fabric and NeoForge client mod for 1.21.1 – 26.3 under All rights reserved, so it is not open source. Inventory Search is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only and built for Fabric alone, with files covering 1.21.3 – 26.3. Equal Loot is server-side only and released under the MIT License, so it runs on a server while players install nothing.
