No Berry Damage stops sweet berry bushes from hurting players, so walking through a patch to harvest berries costs no health.
What it does
Sweet berry bushes normally deal damage when a player walks through them. This mod prevents that damage and leaves the rest of the behavior alone: berries can still be picked, and the bushes keep growing and regrowing as usual. Its only effect is on the damage a bush would otherwise deal.
The mod is lightweight, and its authors describe it as having minimal performance impact. It runs on the client and the server, so both sides need it for protection to apply in multiplayer. Fabric API is a required dependency. Files are published for Fabric and NeoForge, for six game versions 1.21.8 – 26.3, under the MIT License, and it is not open source. Snapshot builds are published as well, and the latest file for both loaders is 2.2.0+mc26.3, dated 2026-09-21.
