Minor Integrations and Additions (MIA)
Minor Integrations and Additions, shortened to MIA, is a Forge mod for Minecraft 1.12.2 that links several other mods together with small integrations, improvements and additions.
What it does
MIA groups a set of small integrations between mods that players often run side by side. Its additions include a few new blocks and items, new recipes that mostly use crafting stations and machines, and new Just Enough Items categories that show more entries. Integrations exist for The One Probe, CraftTweaker and Pam's HarvestCraft, and the mod also works with modded music discs. Several other integrations are listed in the mod's feature list.
The mod started as an older project called EVTP and includes decorative blocks, plus a music player that lets players carry favorite music discs and play them anywhere. Its scope covers the Aether family of mods, Biomes O' Plenty, Quark and Tinkers' Construct, among others. No required dependency is listed, so MIA runs with whichever optional mods are present.
MIA is published for Forge only, with a single game version, 1.12.2. Its latest file is released on the beta channel, dated 2025-01-04. The mod runs on client and server, and the code is available under the MIT License, so it is open source. Ports to other loaders are planned, and the author states that older Minecraft versions will not be ported.
