Compressed Bone Meal is crafted from four bone meal and applies four bone meal in one use. Extremely Compressed Bone Meal works the same way but counts as thirty-six times the strength of ordinary bone meal, so one application can push a sapling into a large tree. Florist's Bone Meal only grows flowers and skips plain grass, and it can produce more specific flower types. A separate variant lets players right-click vines to grow them downwards.

The additional variants are meant to shorten repetitive work such as grinding one plant many times, where compressed bone meal reaches the result far faster. A one-click auto-harvest option gathers crops during the same action. Balm must be installed alongside the mod on every loader, and Fabric API is also required on Fabric. Fertilization is client and server, so the server and every player need the mod, and it is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across 30 release versions, 1.18 – 26.3.
