Construct's Armory
Construct's Armory is a Forge add-on for Tinkers' Construct that introduces four armor pieces, a helmet, a chestplate, leggings and boots, assembled from tinkered materials.
What it does
The armor items are customized the way Tinkers' Construct customizes tools: each armor piece is assembled from parts made of different materials, so one set can differ from another in stats and modifiers. Players learn how this works from the Materials book, which lists material stats and the modifiers available. Because Tinkers' Construct is required, the armor uses the parent mod's crafting and tinkering tables, including the Armor Station and Armor Forge described in the same book.
Every player and the server need a copy of the mod. Installation requires Mantle and Tinkers' Construct. Files target Forge for 1.12.2 and 1.16.5, and the latest build, 2.0.0-alpha.2+1.16.5, was published on 2023-02-09 on the alpha channel. The source is released under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 or later, so the mod is open source.

Use cases
Who it’s for: Players who already use Tinkers' Construct and want armor that follows its tool system. Server owners can add it to a modpack that runs the parent mod.
How it compares
Tinkered Hegemony is a Forge add-on under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only, published for 1.12.2 and running on client and server. Tinkers' Enchanting is an open source MIT License mod for 1.20.1 – 1.20.6 on Forge, and it is server required with the client optional, so it does not match Construct's Armory's version range. Electrostatic Tinker's Toys is an MIT License Forge mod for 1.12.2 that runs on client and server.
