Chunky McChunkFace

Chunky McChunkFace is a chunk loader block that keeps an area loaded, and it can be upgraded to a wider range in the way a beacon is.
What it does
A player activates the chunk loader by interacting with the Chunky McChunkFace block. An hourglass-shaped model shows whether the loader is currently enabled or disabled. Players can expand the loaded area by building pyramid blocks beneath the chunk loader, following the same pattern a beacon uses. A loader that has not been interacted with by a player for a configurable offline period, 7 in-game days or 140 minutes by default, turns itself off.
The mod is published for Forge and NeoForge across 18 release versions, 1.18.2 – 26.2, and it runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. Its code is under the MIT License and is open source. Jade is an optional dependency that adds block information when it is installed. Holding the chunk loader item near other loaders shows an outline of their areas, and the list commands and disable commands give server staff control over loaders by dimension and position.
