ChatMacros
by zachphul
ChatMacros lets a player bind chat messages and slash commands to up to 10 keybinds, edited in-game for each macro.
What it does
Each keybind can send a plain chat message or run a slash command. Macros are edited in the game itself, so a player changes the text or command without touching any file. A per-macro cooldown blocks a second send within a set time, which guards against an accidental double press filling the chat with repeats. New macros take effect at once, while a restart is needed only for changes that the game reads at launch.
The mod runs on the Fabric loader for 1.21.10 and 1.21.11, and the only install side is the player's client, since the server does not need it. It is released under the MIT License and is not open source. Fabric API, Mod Menu and YetAnotherConfigLib (YACL) are required, and Mod Menu and YACL supply the settings screen.
Key features
Ten configurable keybinds
Up to 10 keybinds can each hold a chat message or a slash command, bound to any key the player chooses.
In-game macro editing
The command or message of every macro can be changed inside the game, without editing a configuration file.
Per-macro cooldowns
Each macro has its own cooldown, so repeated presses cannot flood the chat with the same line.
Plain chat and commands
A macro can send ordinary chat text or a slash command, depending on what the player enters.

Use cases
Repeated server commands
A player who runs the same slash command many times a session can bind it to a key and fire it in one press.
Standard chat lines
Greetings or call-outs that a player types often can be stored once and sent from a keybind.
Who it’s for: Players on Fabric who send the same chat lines or slash commands often, and who want to bind them to keys without editing files by hand.
How it compares
ChatMakro is the closest match: it is also a Fabric client mod for 1.21.11 under the MIT License and is not open source. Command Keybind Mod is also client-side and under the MIT License, but its files target 1.21.1, so it does not cover 1.21.10 or 1.21.11. AutoCommandX covers 1.21.9 – 1.21.10 and is likewise client-side and MIT licensed, so the 1.21.11 builds are the only overlap with this mod.
