No Chat Reports

No Chat Reports strips the cryptographic signatures attached to chat messages since 1.19, so messages cannot be tied to an account.
What it does
From 1.19 on, every chat message carries a signature linking it to the sender's client and account. The mod removes those signatures; on 1.19.1 and newer, the reporting feature for chat is switched off as well. On the client it only stays effective when the server allows unsigned chat; the author chose not to include exploits that work against the server's will.
Either side can run it, and neither needs it. Its dependency list names Fabric API as required and embedded, with Cloth Config API and Mod Menu optional, and the license as WTFPL.
