3D Armor, by AvatarKage, renders worn armor, elytra and harnesses on the player and on entities as three-dimensional models.
What it does
Equipped armor, elytra and harnesses are drawn as 3D models on the player and on entities, instead of flat textures. Most standard armor, dyes and trims from other mods are handled, and the mod supports resource packs at 16x resolution. Its 32x resource pack support is also listed among its features.
Beyond armor, the mod covers saddles, the Ghast harness, wolf armor, horse armor and nautilus armor, each with modded and resource pack support. Curios API compatibility is included as well. Version 0.9.4.2 is the latest release, and builds exist for every supported loader.
It is installed on the player's side alone, so servers need nothing. Installation requires [EMF] Entity Model Features, which must be present for the models to load. The code is not open source; the mod is released under All rights reserved.
