Actually Harvest
by wendall911
Players who want crops to harvest on right click without a library can use Actually Harvest, a configurable right click harvest mod for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge.
What it does
Right click harvest works on mature crops and trees from many modded farming mods, and the mod includes an automatic setup that reads other crop mods. Harvesting can be done with an empty hand, or the mod can require a hoe. Hoe harvesting can be set to a range of tiers, with low tier hoes (gold, wood, stone and iron) and high tier hoes (diamond and netherite) handled separately. The efficiency enchantment can extend the harvest range.
The mod is configured per crop and block, so server owners can choose exactly which crops and blocks are harvestable and which hoes apply. Hoe harvesting can cost durability if the option is enabled. Harvesting can also grant experience, with a set chance and amount. The mod requires Fabric API on Fabric, and its optional dependencies include Farmer's Delight, Farmer's Delight Refabricated and several Let's Do compatibility mods.
Actually Harvest runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. Files cover 1.20 – 26.3 across Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, and the mod is open source under the MIT License. Its source code and issue tracker are public.

How it compares
Simple Harvesting is client and server, open source is not claimed and it is published for 1.21 – 26.3 on Fabric and Forge. RightClickHarvest is open source under the MIT License and runs on the server alone for 1.14 – 26.3, so players join without installing anything. Harvest with ease is server-side only and uses a custom license.

What the author says
A mod that actually works with right click harvest for both Forge and Fabric. There are a ton of options out there. All require an external library and they are flaky! Either they don't work at all, or require manual configuration for all the common farming and foods mods (and there aren't very many). This mod…
