AppleSkin shows hidden food numbers in the HUD and tooltips: saturation, exhaustion and how much a held food will restore.
What it does
Food tooltips gain hunger and saturation values. While a food is held, the hunger bar previews the hunger and saturation it would restore, and the health bar previews the health regained. The HUD also visualizes current saturation and exhaustion, and the debug overlay lists all three values.
AppleSkin adds or changes no mechanics; it only shows values the game already tracks. It is mostly client-side, but the server needs it too for accurate saturation and exhaustion, because the mod syncs those values to the client. Either side can run it, and neither needs it to play. Released under The Unlicense, it needs Fabric API when used on Fabric.
