Sitrus Skin

by Kiuseii

Sitrus Skin corrects how AppleSkin displays Cobblemon's seasoned foods, so the hunger and saturation shown for them match what they actually restore.

FabricClient-side onlyAll rights reserved1.21.1

What it does

AppleSkin shows the food overlay and tooltip values for vanilla items, but it does not count the extra hunger and saturation bonuses that Cobblemon's Nutrition Seasoning system adds to a dish. Sitrus Skin closes that gap by reading the seasonings applied to a food and displaying the corrected numbers in the tooltip and HUD.

The addon covers seasoned Ponigiri and other Cobblemon foods, and it also lists the potion effects granted by Sinister Tea seasonings, so a player can see what a meal will give before eating it. It is a client-side addon for Fabric on 1.21.1 and needs no configuration. Cobblemon and AppleSkin must both be installed for it to work.

Key features

  1. Corrected hunger values

Saturation and hunger figures for seasoned Cobblemon foods are recalculated to include the seasoning bonuses.

  2. Seasoned Ponigiri support

Ponigiri and other Cobblemon dishes show their accurate values once a seasoning has been applied.

  3. Potion effect listing

Effects granted by Sinister Tea seasonings appear in the tooltip, so the result of eating can be read in advance.

Use cases

Planning meals in Cobblemon

Who it’s for: Players of Cobblemon on Fabric 1.21.1 who already use AppleSkin and want its food display to match the seasoned dishes.

How it compares

Full comparison

AppleSkinHue is a Fabric client-side mod for 1.21.11 under All rights reserved and is not open source, so it does not target the 1.21.1 build this addon uses. BananaSkin is a Fabric client-side mod for 1.21 – 1.21.1 released under CC0 1.0 Universal, covering a different food set rather than Cobblemon seasonings. Cobblesauces is a Fabric client and server mod for 1.21.1 under All rights reserved, adding sauces to Cobblemon rather than fixing its display.

Questions

Does Sitrus Skin require Cobblemon?

Yes. Cobblemon is a required dependency, since the seasonings it adds are what the addon corrects in the display.

Does Sitrus Skin need to be installed on the server?

No. The addon is client-side only, so only the player's client needs it, and the server can run without it.

Which game version does Sitrus Skin support?

The Fabric file 1.0.0 is built for 1.21.1 only, published on 2026-08-14.
