What it does

Zenith is a Fabric mod that changes and expands several of Minecraft's systems. It is split into six modules, each covering a different area: one extends the adventure side with new drops, encounters and gem-based gear, another replaces the vanilla enchanting table with a new system and adds many enchantments, each with a configurable maximum level.

A third module adds potions missing from the base game, such as resistance and luck, along with a potion charm item. Other modules set custom growth heights for several plants, let players upgrade a spawner and carry it with silk touch, give the fletching table a use with new arrow types, and make the wandering trader more useful. The Chronicle of Shadows, crafted from a book and a gold ingot, documents the systems in more depth.

Zenith is open source under the MIT License and runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. It is published for Fabric only, with a single game version, 1.20.1, and its latest file is 1.2.5-1.20.1, released on 2025-06-11. Fabric API, FakerLib and Zenith Attributes are required, and Porting Lib is bundled inside the mod.

Enchanting overhaul

Players who want a different enchanting progression use the reworked table and its configurable enchantment levels.
