SkiesAnnouncements sends automated server messages on a timed schedule, with groups, sounds and condition checks for online players.
What it does
Announcements are grouped in configuration files, and each group can carry its own formatting, so standard messages get the same look without repeating settings. Messages support MiniMessage formatting, title and action bar display, and multi-line text. A group can play a sound effect with each announcement.
Each group is played in one of two order modes, random or sequential. Pre-defined announcements can be tied to one of two requirement types, so a message reaches only the players who meet its condition. The mod runs on Fabric servers alone, and players join without installing anything. Fabric API, Fabric Language Kotlin and fabric-permissions-api are required, and the more detailed configuration options are described on the wiki.
Files are published for 1.20.1, 1.20.2 and 1.21.1, with 1.1.0 for 1.21.1 as the latest file. The code is open source under the Mozilla Public License 2.0.

Basic Chat is a Fabric server-side mod for 1.21 – 1.21.11 under All rights reserved, so it is not open source.
