Modern Industrialization
by Technici4n
Modern Industrialization is a standalone tech mod in which players build machines and pipes toward total automation of their Minecraft world.
What it does
The mod adds a pipe system for moving items and fluids, along with multiblock machines, generators and a quarry that players can automate early in a world. It does not alter vanilla crafting recipes or ore generation, which keeps ore patches small and familiar. Progress is gradual, and automation takes time to build.
Modern Industrialization requires Cloth Config API and GuideME on both loaders, and Fabric API on Fabric. Its recipes show in-game through EMI, Just Enough Items or Roughly Enough Items, and Jade, WTHIT and other optional tools add block information. A server running it needs every connecting player to have it too. Files cover 1.16.2 – 1.21.1 on Fabric and NeoForge, with Fabric no longer supported from 1.20.4 onward.
Key features
Early pipe automation
Pipes carry items and fluids between machines, so setups can run without hours of manual grinding first.
Quarry for resource gathering
A quarry removes the need to gather resources by hand once it is automated, though it consumes a lot of power.
Vanilla-preserving design
Existing recipes and ore generation stay unchanged, with only small ore patches appearing as in vanilla.
Long progression path
Total automation is the goal, and reaching it requires many stages of machine building and resource gathering.

What the author says
As of Minecraft 1.20.4, Modern Industrialization is now exclusive to NeoForge. Fabric is not supported anymore on recent versions. Don't forget to install EMI, JEI, or REI to see the recipes in-game. We recommend using Jade too! It's optional, but it helps a lot!
