Leader Mod

Leader Mod lets players hold elections for a realm leader, who then controls a shared treasury, decrees, bounties and a rebellion system on a Fabric 1.21.1 server.
What it does
Players elect a leader from the online candidates. A candidate who reaches the configured vote threshold takes the throne, and the role persists until the leader abdicates or enough eligible online players join a rebellion and overthrow them. When the throne is empty, the next election begins. Elected leaders can set realm-wide decrees that change gameplay, use configurable abilities with cooldowns, and give nearby allies a passive aura.
The mod adds a shared realm treasury that players fund by contributing a configurable item, which defaults to emeralds. The leader can collect tax from online players, spend treasury resources on feasts and bounties, and post bounties that a killer claims when the target dies. Leader Mod runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. Files are published for Fabric only, for 1.21.1, with 1.0.0 as the latest file, under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license. The project is not open source.
