Tether Mod

by Antara89

Tether Mod lets players link together so that damage taken by one is transferred across the connection, and a tether can be removed again with a shift and right-click.

FabricNeoForgeClient and serverAll rights reserved1.21.1 – 1.21.8

What it does

Players can form tether connections between one another, and damage dealt to one linked player is passed along to the others. Tethers are crafted without a grid, from a single string, and appear in the Tools & Utilities creative tab. Shift and right-click removes an existing connection. Connections do not work while the tether item sits in an inventory protector. The mod runs on client and server, so both need it. Fabric and NeoForge builds cover 1.21.1 – 1.21.8, and the code is not open source, released under All rights reserved.

Key features

  1. Shared damage between linked players

Damage taken by one linked player is transferred across the tether to the other connected players.

  2. Removing connections

Shift and right-click on a tether breaks an existing connection between players.

  3. Shapeless tether recipe

The tether is crafted shapelessly from one string, and it is listed in the Tools & Utilities creative tab.
