GUI Recorder

GUI Recorder lets a player capture the screen while a menu or game window is open, with options to crop the area and hide some interface elements.
What it does
The mod records the client's graphical interface. Recordings can be started and stopped from simple GUI controls, and screenshots can be taken the same way. Recorded output can use formats that rely on FFMpeg, which must be installed on the machine for those formats to work.
Only the client needs the mod, so single-player players and multiplayer players both install it alone and servers run without it. Installation requires Fabric API and MossyLib on the Fabric loader. Mod Menu and YetAnotherConfigLib (YACL) are optional, adding a mod list entry and a settings screen. Builds cover 1.20.1 – 1.21.11, and the code is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only.

Capturing a menu or screen
A player who wants to show a particular interface can record only that area with unwanted elements removed.

No ESC in GUI is a Fabric client mod for 1.21.4 – 1.21.11 under the MIT License, and it is not open source.
