Flux Networks [Fabric]
by shurik204
With Flux Networks, players build wireless energy networks that carry power between machines across the world and even between dimensions.
What it does
Flux Networks lets players set up wireless energy networks, so power moves between blocks without cables running everywhere. A network can be secured with a password, given a colored name and ordered by priority, which lets owners control how energy flows between their machines.
The mod is released under the MIT License and is open source, with its source code and issue tracker public. It runs on Fabric only, and Fabric API is required. Both the server and every player need the mod, since it is a client and server install. Files cover 1.19.2 – 1.20.2, with the latest Fabric build being 1.20.1-7.2.8.1 for 1.20.1, published on 2024-05-16.
Key features
Wireless energy networks
Energy is sent through a network without cables, which reduces lag and saves the time spent laying wiring.
Cross-dimensional transfer
Energy can cross dimensions, so a network in one world can supply machines in another.
Automatic energy conversion
Energy from other systems is converted into the network's own format, and TeamReborn energy is supported.
Access control and charging
Networks can be password protected, and items can be charged across dimensions from the inventory.

Use cases
Remote power distribution
A base can draw power from a single source and deliver it to distant machines through a network instead of long cable runs.
Shared server networks
Server owners can use named, prioritized networks to organize energy flow between several players' builds.
Who it’s for: Players who run energy-based machinery in survival or modpack worlds, and server owners who want to organize energy distribution between players' builds.
