Fake AFK

With Fake AFK, server owners can let an offline-looking player stay on the server overnight through a Carpet-based account.
What it does
Fake AFK relies on Carpet and Fabric API, both required. It builds on the fake player support of Carpet Mod, so a player account can be held on the server while its owner is away, which lets people keep the spawn chunks loaded and sleep through nights on a busy server.
The mod works on the server alone and can be left out of a client. Its permission levels, MODERATORS 1, GAMEMASTERS 2, ADMINS 3 and OWNERS 4, control which staff may use the feature, and the author notes that opped players should be used carefully because an AFK account can cause issues if misused.
Builds cover 1.20 – 26.2 on Fabric, with 1.0.6-26.1 as the latest file for 26.2. The code is released under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only and is open source.
