Cooking for Blockheads
by BlayTheNinth
Players who want a working kitchen rather than a single crafting grid can add Cooking for Blockheads, a multiblock kitchen that lists the recipes its ingredients allow.
What it does
The Cooking Table is the core block. It checks which ingredients are in the player's inventory and shows the food recipes that can be made from them, and a single click starts the cooking. Kitchens are built from several components, and each one adds new abilities as it is placed in the setup. Cupboards expand storage, a sink provides unlimited water, and an oven makes cooking more efficient.
A separate NoFilter book lists every food recipe regardless of the ingredients on hand, which suits players planning ahead. Sorting options can rank the craftable foods by nutrition. The mod also supports Pam's Harvestcraft and many other food mods, and it requires Balm and Fabric API on Fabric. Four other mods require it, including Refined Cooking, Applied Cooking, Occult Cooking and Cooking for PMMO.
Files cover 30 release versions for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge. Every player and the server need a copy of the mod. The code is not open source and is released under All rights reserved, while source code, an issue tracker and a wiki are linked publicly.
