Auto Disconnect

Auto Disconnect is a Fabric client mod that closes the connection to a server when a chosen condition is met, so a player can leave a game without acting on it.
What it does
The mod watches for a condition set in its options and disconnects the client from the current server once that condition is met. Only the player's own client needs it, and servers can run without it. Its settings are split across three pages, so the trigger, the behaviour and the related options are kept apart.
Auto Disconnect requires Fabric API, MidnightLib and Mod Menu to run. It is released under the MIT License and is open source, with the source code and issue tracker public. Files target 1.20 – 1.21.11 for Fabric, with 0.5-1.21.11-fabric for 1.21.11 as the latest build, published on 2026-03-04. The first version came out on 2024-08-05.

Condition-based disconnect
A disconnect happens automatically once the configured condition is met, without the player pressing a key or typing a command.

The options screen is divided into three pages, each grouping a different set of settings for the disconnect behaviour.
Client-side operation
The disconnect is performed by the player's client alone, so servers do not need to install anything.
