VeinMiner Hotkey is a client add-on for VeinMiner that triggers vein mining with a key and previews the blocks that will break.

What it does

With the add-on installed, vein mining only happens while the hotkey is held, and the server's block rules and settings still apply. The hold key defaults to Y or Z depending on keyboard layout; a toggle key can be bound in the controls. A dynamic crosshair and block highlighting show which blocks will be mined, and holding shift changes the mining depth or width.

Mining patterns are configured with a separate key, O by default, or from the mod list screen. Servers can set options that control client behavior. Requirements are VeinMiner, Fabric API, Fabric Language Kotlin and KotlinLangForge. The add-on is client-side only and open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only.
