With Always Snow installed, rain in the world is replaced by snow on the client, and the snowfall can be kept permanent.

What it does

Always Snow swaps rainfall for snow in biomes that normally receive rain, so a world can stay snowy in every season. The option to keep snow falling permanently is available for players who prefer a winter look at all times. Its settings take effect at once, though a restart is needed for some of them to fully apply.

    Rain in rain biomes is changed to snow, so the weather looks wintry without any other changes to the world.

    Snowfall can be kept going even while it rains or snows, giving a constant winter atmosphere.

Replace rain in all biomes with snow! (Only renders client side) If you really like snow you can activate permanent snow even if it's not raining/snowing currently in your world.
