TooltipTexture lets a resource pack swap the background drawn behind item tooltips for a custom texture.

What it does

Tooltips in the game draw their background from a texture. TooltipTexture changes that step so a resource pack can supply its own image in place of the default background. The mod is client-side only, so a server does not need it and players join without installing it. It is released under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 or later, and files exist for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt across 6 release versions, 1.20 – 1.21.1.
