Tetra tables looking neat
by MoonFather
With Tetra tables looking neat, a crafting table can be swapped for a wood variant that matches the rest of a build, using a tool from the Tetra family.
What it does
Tetra tables looking neat gives workbenches many wood variations, including woods added by other mods. A tetra hammer used on a birch crafting table turns it into a birch workbench, and a right click on a maple crafting table produces a maple workbench, so the result fits the surrounding wood. Vanilla woods are covered, and crafting tables added by other mods are not created by this mod.
The mod is an addon for tetra and needs it to run. It is aimed at players who want their workbenches to match the rest of the environment. Optional support for Workshop for handsome adventurer lets that mod generate full wood sets with slabs, stripped logs and crafting tables for the wood types it adds, which this mod then uses. Forge and NeoForge builds are published, and the mod runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. The code is open source under the MIT License.
Key features
Wood workbench variants
Crafting tables can be converted into workbenches of a different wood through a right click with a tetra tool.
Vanilla wood coverage
Every vanilla wood gets a matching workbench, so a base can keep one consistent look.
Workshop wood sets
With Workshop present, wood types from its generated sets gain workbench variants as well.
Matching environment
Workbenches are chosen to suit the environment, so builds do not mix mismatched furniture.
