Simple Loot Viewer
by Darkhax
Simple Loot Viewer lets players open loot tables from inside the game, listing what chests, mob kills, fishing and archaeology can yield.
What it does
Loot tables are shown in a simplified display rather than raw data, and the viewer covers many categories, including chests, mob drops, fishing rewards and archaeology finds. Built-in display names cover the vanilla tables, and tables tied to blocks or entities receive names that describe their source. When a table has no name, the viewer falls back to the loot table ID, so every entry remains identifiable.
Changes made through datapacks, plugins or other mods are synced from the server, so the viewer reflects the tables a world actually uses. Custom names can be added through an optional localization file entry, keyed by the table's namespace and path with forward slashes replaced by dots. Configuration options allow categories to be disabled or recategorized and individual loot tables to be hidden. With advanced tooltips enabled, the loot table ID of each entry can be seen.
Installation needs Bookshelf and Prickle on every loader, and Fabric API on Fabric. Simple Loot Viewer runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. It is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, with 21.1.4 as the latest Fabric, NeoForge and Quilt file and 21.1.3 as the latest Forge file, all for 1.21.1. The code is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v2.1 only.
