Random Accessories

by kestalkayden

Random Accessories adds nine equippable accessories for Fabric 1.21.8, placed in an accessories equipment tab, each giving one gameplay effect.

FabricClient and serverMIT License1.21.8

What it does

Accessories are worn from a dedicated equipment tab rather than the armor slots, so they sit alongside helmets and chestplates. The nine accessories cover building, mining, movement and combat: a glove that extends block placement reach, a helmet that speeds up mining, a glove that pulls mined blocks and items toward the player from up to 8 blocks away, and an anklet that increases walking speed.

Several accessories cover falls and defense. A dampener reduces fall damage, and the Aegis Charm lowers overall damage taken, but it can only be crafted once both the Sentinel Charm and the Vanguard Charm are made. The author states more accessories are planned for future updates.

Files are published for Fabric only, for 1.21.8. The mod runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it, and it is released under the MIT License without being open source.
