PerformanceHUD
by Nikrecs
Players who want a compact readout of frame rate, memory and network latency can add PerformanceHUD, which draws those figures in one overlay in the top-right corner.
What it does
The overlay is a lightweight client-side HUD. It shows up to six live metrics: FPS with the frame time in milliseconds, RAM used against the maximum heap in MB, the number of loaded entities, loaded client chunks, ping in milliseconds and CPU usage. Each metric can be switched off on its own, so only the lines a player cares about stay on screen.
Since it reads only client-side state, the mod leaves world and server logic untouched, so it can run alongside other HUD and overlay mods without conflict. A single toggleable panel with one hotkey replaces the need for several separate tools. Commands under the short alias phud open the configuration screen, print current settings to chat, reload or reset the config file, toggle metrics and set values such as showFps or textColor.
The mod requires Architectury API on every loader, and Fabric API on Fabric. It is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across 8 release versions 1.19.2 – 26.3, and it is released under the MIT License, which is not open source.
Key features
Six live metrics
FPS with frame time, RAM against heap, entities, loaded chunks, ping and CPU usage update in one compact panel.
Per-metric switches
Each line can be turned off separately, so the overlay shows only the figures a player wants to watch.

Use cases
Who it’s for: The mod suits players who want performance figures on screen without installing several separate tools, and players who run modpacks with heavy world content.
How it compares
Show FPS is also a client-side HUD, but it runs on Fabric and Forge only for 1.21.11 – 26.2 and shows just the frame rate. Dynamic FPS is open source under the MIT License and covers Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt for 1.14.3 – 26.3, with a broader version reach than PerformanceHUD. Ping Overlay is a Fabric-only client overlay for 1.21.11 – 26.2 under the MIT License, but it is not open source.

What the author says
A lightweight client-side performance HUD that shows FPS, RAM, entities, loaded chunks, ping, and CPU usage in a single clean corner overlay. No more screenshots cluttered with three different mods — one toggleable panel, one hotkey, done. Client-side only — do not install on the server. A dedicated server does not…
