No Twitch Keys

No Twitch Keys removes the F6 and F7 Twitch streaming keybindings from Minecraft 1.8.9 on the client.

What it does

Two default keys, F6 and F7, start and stop Twitch streaming in the 1.8.9 client. No Twitch Keys takes both out of the controls menu, so pressing them no longer triggers a stream action. The change touches the client only, so a server running vanilla or other mods needs nothing extra. The mod is published for Fabric and 1.8.9 alone, with version 1.0.1 dated 2023-08-02 as the latest file, and is released under the MIT License as open source.

    The F6 and F7 bindings that control Twitch streaming are taken out of the keybinding list.

  2. Streaming category cleared

    Four keys inside the Streaming category are removed, so that section no longer appears in the controls screen.

  3. Client-only change
