Anvil Display
by Crosby
Anvil Display shows extra anvil information in item tooltips, so players can read repair and enchantment costs before combining items.
What it does
Enchantable gear and enchanted books show extra lines in their tooltips: how many times the item has been worked at an anvil, its base experience cost, and the running total of uses. The color of the cost line reflects how efficiently the enchantments are arranged: green for a minimum-cost combination, yellow for one extra anvil use, and red for anything else. The mod requires Fabric API and runs on the client alone, so servers do not need it. Builds exist for Fabric and Quilt across 1.18 – 1.19.4.
