Notable Bubble Text lets server owners and mappers place text bubbles above mobs and player heads, with the bubble text set through commands and NBT.

What it does

Text bubbles appear above the heads of players and mobs and show a line of text, such as something a player said in chat. The bubble text can be set with the bubbletext command or stored as a custom NBT string on a mob, and a default NBT key named BubbleOwner can be changed in the config file. Only the server needs the mod; players may leave it out. Released under the MIT License and open source. Files are published for Forge and NeoForge, covering 1.18.2 – 26.1.2, with Geckolib as an optional dependency.
