Players who want ninja techniques on Forge 1.20.1 can add Naruto new shinobi era, a Forge mod with more than 160 jutsu, seven playable clans and a set of hand-crafted villages.
What it does
The mod centers on jutsu from the Naruto anime. Players learn techniques across five nature transformations, the Kekkei Genkai, including Amaterasu, Chidori, Rasengan and Susanoo, and the set grows with each update. Seven playable clans carry their own unique mechanics and extra chakra, and the clan is chosen up front so players can see exactly what they receive. Eyes such as the Mangekyo Sharingan and the Rinnegan are implemented, with a fan-made Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan added alongside the canonical forms.
Enemies use unique behavior meant to challenge even the strongest shinobi. Explorable buildings represent Konoha, the Hidden Sand Village, the Hidden Stone Village and Kuni, and Mount Myoboku holds a location for Sage Mode. Multiplayer support is full, and clan balance is adjusted so that no single clan, the Uchiha included, dominates. Pain is listed as a planned path, and more characters from the anime are planned for future updates.
The mod needs AAA Particles, Geckolib and TerraBlender on Forge. Every player and the server need a copy of the mod. The files target Forge for 1.20.1 only, the latest being 1.6.0, dated 2026-09-01. The mod is released under All rights reserved and is not open source.
