Minecraft Backrooms Found Footage
by SpacePotato
Suffocating for long enough drops players into the Backrooms, a five-level found footage world that they must cross to escape.
What it does
Minecraft Backrooms Found Footage adds the Backrooms as a set of five levels, from Level 0 to Level 324, each with its own layout and atmosphere. Custom shaders and camera effects are part of the mod. Players reach the Backrooms by suffocating for a while, after which they must travel through all five levels to return.
The mod also adds four commands for server owners and players: a skinwalker spawn, a release command for targets whose skin was taken, a manual event trigger, and an inventory restore for players who entered the Backrooms. Installation needs Fabric API, Geckolib and Simple Voice Chat, and Mod Menu is optional for the config screen. The mod is released under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only and is open source. It runs on client and server for 1.20.1 only, and the Fabric file 1.1.8 is in the beta channel.
