Stargate: Wellspring is a Fabric and Quilt dimension mod that adds dialable stargates leading to eight kinds of worlds, built on Worlds: Multiverse for Fabric.
What it does
Players find a stargate, activate it with a book and a power panel, then dial an address to reach another world. The gate network is crafted from Stargate Eyes, made from Ender Pearls and Shulker Shells, and a gate can be located with a structure search for stargate:stargate. A control panel's redstone signal opens the gate, and a comparator reads the page inside. Sounds and particles indicate whether a connection succeeded and why it failed.
The worlds are a frozen wastes, endless snow with slowing blizzards, molten depths, an endless sea, vast dunes, a lush tropical paradise and a fan-made take on the Sift dimension, with sky islands and glowing heart trees. Every destination is a full level with independent time, weather and game rules, and the first journey into a fresh world pauses briefly while that level is created. The mod needs Worlds: Multiverse for Fabric, and Fabric API is required as well.
Stargate: Wellspring runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. Files exist for Fabric and Quilt across 1.21.8 – 26.3, with 1.10.1+26.3 as the latest build for 26.3. The code is released under the MIT License, and the mod is not open source.
Key features
Dialable stargates
Players dial addresses on the control panel to travel between a set of stargates, one for each destination world.
Eight destination worlds
Destinations include frozen, molten, sea, desert and tropical biomes, plus a Sift-inspired sky-island world.
Hazard-tailored gear
Each hostile world asks for different protection, such as Frost Walker boots in the snow or Water Breathing in the sea.
Redstone control
Redstone pulses open the gate and a comparator reads the page, so builders can automate and lock gates in both directions.

Sky Islands Dimension covers Fabric, Forge and Quilt for 1.20.1 – 1.21.11, also server required with an optional client, under the MIT License. Stargate: Wellspring covers only Fabric and Quilt, but it needs both the server and every player to run it.
