Loot Multiplier
by Prunty
Loot Multiplier, a Fabric mod by Prunty, lets server owners scale the drops from mobs, blocks, fishing and chests through one config file.
What it does
Loot Multiplier is a server-side mod that raises or lowers the amount of loot a server hands out. Its multipliers apply to mob drops, block drops, fishing rewards and chest loot, and each source is set with a simple config value. Server owners can therefore raise reward rates on a casual server or slow progression on a harder survival world without touching the individual loot tables.
The mod targets server economies and resource flow: it can help balance a custom economy, or tune how quickly materials accumulate across a world. Because it only adjusts amounts, the underlying loot tables stay as they are. The mod requires Fabric API and is published for Fabric only, across 12 release versions 1.21 – 1.21.11, under the MIT License, which is not open source.
Key features
Mob drop multiplier
A single config value scales the items that mobs drop when they die.
Block drop multiplier
Blocks that drop items when broken can have their yield raised or lowered independently.
Fishing reward multiplier
Rewards from fishing can be scaled to speed up or slow down a server's progression.
Chest loot multiplier
Loot found in chests is adjusted by its own setting, so dungeon and village rewards can differ from other sources.
Loot tables stay intact
Amounts change without editing or rewriting the loot tables that define each drop.

Use cases
Casual servers
Server owners can raise reward rates so players gather resources faster on a relaxed server.
Harder survival
Lowering the multipliers slows progression for a grindier survival experience.
Custom economies
Tuning overall resource flow with one config file helps balance an economy built on custom rules.
Who it’s for: Server owners who want to set reward rates for mob, block, fishing and chest loot without editing loot tables. Players on a server that runs the mod need nothing installed.
