Improved Combat

Improved Combat reworks several combat enchantments on axes, bows and crossbows, and adds a Hurl enchantment for thrown axes.
What it does
Fire Aspect, Quick Charge and other combat enchantments are reworked to be less strict, so they can be applied to a wider set of items. The following enchantments can be applied to axes, bows and crossbows: the enchantments that work on a bow work on a crossbow, and the reverse holds as well. A new Hurl enchantment lets an axe be thrown, and the thrown axe model is rendered more clearly.
The mod also changes how enchantments combine with Mending and Infinity, which makes them compatible with bows and crossbows. Its author notes that crossbows may become more worthwhile in combat as a result. It runs on Fabric and needs to be installed on the client and the server. Builds cover 1.21.6 – 1.21.10, and the mod is open source under the Mozilla Public License 2.0.
