Heartbeat
by 1TheCrazy
Heartbeat places an Update Button inside the Mod Menu screen so players can check and install mod updates without leaving the game.
What it does
The update button appears in the Mod Menu list and lets a player apply available updates for installed mods directly from that screen, with one click for files from Modrinth. Files that cannot be fetched automatically can be handled through the browser for manual installation instead. The mod filters results so only updates matching the running Minecraft version and the Fabric loader are offered.
Heartbeat's background automatic updates were removed, so nothing changes on disk until the player chooses to act. Updates happen only through Mod Menu, and the player decides which ones to apply, which keeps version changes under the player's control. The mod is a client mod: servers run without it, and players need Fabric API and Mod Menu alongside it.
Heartbeat is released under the MIT License and is open source, with its source code and issue tracker public. It is published for Fabric only, with 12 release versions and the latest file, 2.0.0, built for 1.21.11 and dated 2026-01-05.

CustomMc is a Fabric client mod for 1.21 – 1.21.11 that is not open source and is released under All rights reserved.
