Environmental Mover

by LiteWolf101

Environmental Mover lets special machines absorb biomes from the world, store them in containers and place them elsewhere, drawing power as they work.

ForgeClient and serverMIT LicenseOpen source1.18.2

What it does

The mod is a small utility for Forge that adds machines able to absorb a biome and move it. A Biome Absorber, powered by RF, takes an empty biome container and produces a filled container matching the biome it works on. A Biome Applicator then uses power to paint the blocks around a biome stored in a filled container, so the biome changes in the world.

Environmental Mover requires Patchouli, which provides the in-game guide that explains how to use the machines. Just Enough Items (JEI) is optional; with it installed, the recipe view shows the power needed to absorb a biome and the special recipe that uses it, and the biome container keys show extra information. Energy costs are adjustable through datapacks, which take effect after a reload. The environment is client and server, and the mod is published for 1.18.2 only.
